It can only be customized at the dedicated Vehicle Workshop in the Nightclub Warehouse, Darnel Bros Garment Factory. Once acquired, you can request the delivery of the Terrorbyte from the Interaction Menu - Services.
The Terrorbyte is a fully rigged command unit that can be purchased from the Warstock Cache and Carry website once you own either a Nightclub with a dedicated floor level, or you own the Darnell Bros Garment Factory.
