The actual top speed of the Banshee in GTA V is 118.50 mph (190.71 km/h) when it's fully upgraded, as it's been accurately tested in-game by Broughy1322. However, when upgraded with the PS5/XSX exclusive HSW improvements, the Banshee can reach the crazy top speed of 152.75 mph (245.83 km/h). Keep in mind that the HSW mods can be disabled in races.
