The Marshall is a variant of the standard Picador base model. This vehicle also appears in GTA San Andreas.

How to get the Marshall in GTA 5 Story Mode:

In GTA V Story Mode, the Marshall can only be purchased from the in-game internet for a price of $250,000. In GTA V Story Mode, the Marshall is unlocked after winning the 5th Stock Car Race. It can then be selected from inside the garage of each protagonist by accessing the "Special Vehicles" menu.

The Marshall can be purchased in GTA Online from Warstock Cache & Carry for a price of $500,000. The Marshall is stored as a Pegasus Vehicle. It cannot be customized. Once acquired, you can request the delivery of the Marshall from the Pegasus Concierge. The Marshall comes in 25 different Country Liveries (and flag combinations) that can all be purchased and owned separately. This Monster Truck is available for Free for players returning from the PS3 / Xbox 360 editions of GTA V, to the Next Gen (PS4 / Xbox One / PC) editions of the game.
