The Paragon R (Armored) is a variant of the standard Paragon R base model.
The Paragon R (Armored) can only be obtained in GTA Online as a Bonus Reward. The Paragon R (Armored) can be stored in any of your Properties/Garages as a Personal Vehicle. It can be customized at Los Santos Customs. You can also modify it in a Vehicle Workshop inside one of your owned properties. Once acquired, you can request the delivery of the Paragon R (Armored) from the Mechanic. However, the Paragon R (Armored) cannot be used in standard races. Once the player has completed all 6 Casino Missions as the host, the Armored Paragon R will be given as a free reward to be collected at Port of Los Santos. It is not obtainable otherwise. This is also a Weaponized Vehicle in which you can install machine guns.

Yes, you can sell the Paragon R (Armored) at Los Santos Customs, however, if you obtained it as a free reward, the resale price will only be the 50% of the value of the upgrades you applied to the vehicle, without any value for the vehicle itself.
