In GTA V Story Mode, the Duke O'Death can only be purchased from the in-game internet for a price of $279,000. The Duke O'Death is only available after completing the "Duel" Random Event: take the car parked near a gas station in Grand Senora Desert, and escape (or kill) the gang of rednecks that will attack you. After unlocking it, the Duke O'Death will appear parked in a ruined shed in south El Burro Heights, and near an oil pumpjack in the Grand Senora Desert, northeast of Harmony.
