It's equipped with a Rocket Boost, that can be used for very quick acceleration and as a rechargeable speed boost.

How to get the Oppressor in GTA Online:

The Oppressor can be purchased in GTA Online from Warstock Cache & Carry for a price of $2,750,000. The Oppressor can be stored in any of your Properties/Garages as a Personal Vehicle. It can be customized at MOC / Avenger Workshop. Once acquired, you can request the delivery of the Oppressor from the Mechanic. However, the Oppressor cannot be used in standard races. A trade price of $2,067,669 (Discounted)* can be unlocked for the Oppressor.  The Oppressor features four wings that allow it to glide and maintain altitude for a limited amount of time after a jump or after using the rocket boost. It can also be fitted with weapons such as a Machine Gun and Homing Missiles.
