The Journey II is a variant of the standard Journey base model.

How to get the Journey II in GTA Online:

The Journey II can be obtained in GTA Online as a Bonus Reward, or it can be purchased for a price of $790,000. The Journey II can be stored in any of your Properties/Garages as a Personal Vehicle. It can be customized at Los Santos Customs. You can also modify it in a Vehicle Workshop inside one of your owned properties. Once acquired, you can request the delivery of the Journey II from the Mechanic. A trade price of $592,500 (Discounted)* can be unlocked for the Journey II.  On PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, the Journey II can also be unlocked as a Career Progress Reward by completing Tier 4 in the "Los Santos Drug Wars" category.

The actual top speed of the Journey II in GTA V is 79.25 mph (127.54 km/h) when it's fully upgraded, as it's been accurately tested in-game by Broughy1322.

Can you sell the Journey II in GTA Online?

Yes, you can sell the Journey II at Los Santos Customs, however, if you obtained it as a free reward, the resale price will only be the 50% of the value of the upgrades you applied to the vehicle, without any value for the vehicle itself.
