It comes with Stealth Mode, which makes the vehicle become hidden from the minimap and allows the entire crew to navigate without being spotted by enemy radars.

How to get the Akula in GTA Online:

The Akula can be purchased in GTA Online from Warstock Cache & Carry for a price of $4,500,000. The Akula can be stored in the Hangar (Personal Aircraft). It can be customized at Hangar Aircraft Workshop. Once acquired, you can request the delivery of the Akula from the Interaction Menu - Aircraft. However, the Akula cannot be used in standard races. A trade price of $3,375,000 (Discounted)* can be unlocked for the Akula. 

Akula in Real Life:

The design of the Akula is based on a real life Boeing–Sikorsky RAH-66 Comanch, Kamov Ka-50 "Black Shark".

The actual top speed of the Akula in GTA V is 157.25 mph (253.07 km/h) when it's fully upgraded, as it's been accurately tested in-game by Broughy1322. The Akula is an armored vehicle, and with full Armor it requires 3 Homing Missiles to be destroyed.

Can you sell the Akula in GTA Online?

Yes, you can sell the Akula at Hangar Aircraft Workshop for a resale price of $2,700,000 (60% of the original purchase), plus 50% of the value of your upgrades.
