How to get the Cargo Plane in GTA 5 Story Mode:

The Cargo Plane cannot be acquired as it's a mission-only vehicle, only appearing as part of a GTA V story mission. It's the largest vehicle in the game and in the entire GTA Series. It only appears during the mission "Minor Turbulence", and the stranger mission "Liquidity Risk".
